Getting started
Presto! is a player — it ships with no channels or content. To start watching, add the IPTV account you already have:
- Xtream Codes: open Settings → Add Account, choose Xtream Codes, and enter the server URL, username and password your provider gave you.
- M3U playlist: choose M3U Playlist and enter your playlist URL, plus an optional XMLTV (EPG) URL for the programme guide.
Your catalogue downloads automatically and appears under Home, TV, Movies and Shows. Use the refresh button any time your provider's listings change.
Troubleshooting
I added my account but nothing appears
- Tap Refresh (the circular arrow) to load the catalogue.
- Double-check the server/playlist URL, username and password for typos.
- Confirm your subscription with your provider is active and not out of connections.
A channel or film won't play, or keeps buffering
- This is almost always a provider or network issue, not the app — try another channel to confirm.
- Check your internet connection and that your provider isn't at its simultaneous-connection limit.
- Many providers stream over plain HTTP; a VPN can help on restricted or shared networks and keeps your viewing private.
What's the difference between Xtream Codes and M3U?
Both are ways your provider gives you access. Xtream Codes uses a server address with a username and password and supports richer movie/series details and the built-in guide. M3U is a single playlist link, optionally paired with an XMLTV guide URL. Use whichever your provider supplies.
Downloads
Offline downloads are available on iPhone and iPad for paying subscribers, for movies and individual episodes that have a direct (non-streaming-playlist) link. Live TV can't be downloaded. Saved videos appear in Your Library and play without a connection.
Subscriptions & free trial
Presto! Premium is an auto-renewable subscription with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. It unlocks the full player across iPhone, iPad and Apple TV, including offline downloads on iPhone and iPad.
- Restore a purchase: tap Restore Purchases on the subscription screen — your subscription works across all your devices signed in to the same Apple Account.
- Manage or cancel: open the Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → Presto!. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
- Billing questions: purchases are handled by Apple. For refunds, use reportaproblem.apple.com.
Privacy
Presto! contains no ads, analytics or trackers, and your accounts and viewing stay on your device. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
A note on content
Presto! does not provide, sell or include any TV channels, films or streams. Please use only content you are legally entitled to access — your own provider subscription, free over-the-air streams, or other sources you have the rights to use.
